As the 2017 growing season draws to a close, I am thankful for neighbors who support local agriculture. This is the fourth year that I have been provided honey to the Fredericksburg Area Community Supported Agriculture Project (FACSAP). I am also very pleased to provide honey to the Nativity of Our Lord Orthodox Church‘s ministry that supports local organic farms. Both groups are working to build a community between organic farmers and their members. I am delighted to be part of those communities! It is inspiring to associate with good people of different faiths, ethnicities, and economic situations who are working together to improve the quality of life for everyone in our community.
